Role Overview:

Are you passionate about accounting and finance? Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience? Our spring and summer internship program is designed just for you! As an intern, you’ll be immersed in the world of accounting, working alongside experienced professionals. This internship will offer you a taste of what it’s like to maintain financial records, analyze data, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Gain exposure to preparing and maintaining financial statements, ledgers, and subsidiary accounts.
• Learn the art of reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and finding resolutions.
• Dive into real financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Develop financial analysis skills by identifying trends and preparing reports for management.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and even assist with tax return preparation.
• Support the team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Discover the intricacies of compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team and even get involved in audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field at a sophomore level or above.
• Eager to learn and gain hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong desire to understand financial principles and regulations.
• Willingness to adapt and proficiency in utilizing accounting software and tools.
• Ambitious attitude toward your future – financial assistance provided for your CPA journey if hired full-time upon completion of internship!
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
