Yes we do. We hire interns at all three of our offices for the busy tax season from January through the middle of April. We also have summer internships from June through August at our Milwaukee office working on School District and School Choice audits. Our Interns receive the same training and experiences that a new Staff Accountant would be given – they will have client interaction and complete entry level audit and/or tax work.
Yes, after a successful Internship we have had many Interns receive permanent job offers to begin after graduation. The internship is a time for Interns to shine – to prove they can master the work they are assigned and in many cases to seek out more responsibility. It is a time for Interns to demonstrate their professionalism and to show their oral and written communication skills through client and peer interaction. It is also a time for the Intern to see if the work, the staff, and the culture are the right fit for their future career plans.
