Our website contains listings of all of our open positions. We are always interested in talking with talented, experienced Accountants who are looking to make a move and join the RPB team. We are also interested in meeting with new grads and with potential interns, so feel free to submit your cover letter and resume at any time to wbaillies@rpbllp.com

How do I prepare for an interview?2022-10-07T15:58:24+00:00

Learn as much as you can about RPB, prepare a list of questions for your interviewer(s), be yourself-we want the opportunity to get to know the real you, bring an updated resume and list of references, and bring a copy of your transcripts (if applicable).

What happens once I am hired?2022-10-07T15:58:11+00:00

You will go through our onboarding process which includes Firm orientation, benefit overview, computer/software training, and policy and procedural training. You will meet your Firm Mentor and your audit or tax team. You will join a team and gain hands-on experience while receiving guidance from Seniors, Managers, Principals, and Partners. Your training really never ends – you will be continuously learning new skills and gaining new experiences throughout your career at RPB.

Does your Firm provide internship opportunities?2022-10-07T15:58:02+00:00

Yes we do. We hire interns at all three of our offices for the busy tax season from January through the middle of April. We also have summer internships from June through August at our Milwaukee office working on School District and School Choice audits. Our Interns receive the same training and experiences that a new Staff Accountant would be given – they will have client interaction and complete entry level audit and/or tax work.

Do your Interns ever receive permanent job offers?2022-10-07T15:58:06+00:00

Yes, after a successful Internship we have had many Interns receive permanent job offers to begin after graduation. The internship is a time for Interns to shine – to prove they can master the work they are assigned and in many cases to seek out more responsibility. It is a time for Interns to demonstrate their professionalism and to show their oral and written communication skills through client and peer interaction. It is also a time for the Intern to see if the work, the staff, and the culture are the right fit for their future career plans.
